The course is compulsory for all seafarers who have special duties according to the ship’s / facility’s security and terrorist preparedness plan.

• Maintain the conditions defined in a ship’s safety plan
• Identification of security risks and threats
• Perform regular safety inspections on the ship
• Proper use of any safety equipment and any safety systems.
