Description:
Ship Security Officer is a 2-day course split into both theory and practical demonstrations.
This course is the minimum standard for personnel serving as Ship Security Officer under the International Ship and Port Facility (ISPS).
Course Prerequisites:
Delegates must be over 18 years old.
Completed STCW, table A-VI /6-1 Ship Security Awareness course and STCW, table A-VI/6-2 Ship Security Course for seafarers with designated security duties.
12 months of seagoing experience.
