Description
Crowd Management is a-half-day course. The training is a theoretical classroom course. After completed the training there is a mandatory written exam.
The course is mandatory for everyone on cruise ships designed on the muster list to assist passengers in emergency situations.

Course Prerequisites
Delegates must be over 18 years old.
