Description
Crisis Management is a one-day course split into both theory and practical demonstrations in a classroom.
After completed the training there is a mandatory written exam.
The course is mandatory for all officers and all other crew designated on the muster list as having responsibility for the safety of passengers in emergency situations.

Course Prerequisites
Delegates must be over 18 years old.
